It is extremely rare for one country to have a host of domestic games in midweek, sometimes you get a few scraps; games that were called off for whatever reason, but today the footballing gods have spoiled us. Three Premier League games, six La Liga games, eight Serie A games and the addition of French and German cup semis. It’s time to make some money, let’s beat the bookies!

First of all in England; all of tonight’s fixtures include FA Cup Semi Finalists as West Ham host Watford, Man United entertain Crystal Palace and who can forget the Merseyside Derby at Anfield tonight as Everton visit fierce rivals Liverpool.

Unfortunately for Watford, I do not see them taking anything away from the Boleyn Ground tonight. West Ham will be looking to right the wrongs of Sunday’s draw with Leicester and with Man City slipping up last night against Newcastle, the door for the Top 4 is still open for the Hammers. If you want an outsider, West Ham are 28/1 to finish in the Top 4.

Next up is fellow Top 4 chasers Manchester United who have their second home game in 5 days. Tonight’s opponents Crystal Palace have not been in great form at all in 2016 but will be pumped up after nicking a goal and a draw against Arsenal Sunday afternoon. Something that’s fair to say about both teams is they do not find the net very often. I am not sure whether what the result will be; Old Trafford is not the fortress it used to be. So I think the best bet for this game is Under 2.5 goals which you could combine with others in an accumulator with a West Ham victory to improve the odds.

The final game in England tonight is the crunch Merseyside Derby between Liverpool and Everton. Tonight will be Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp’s first derby and could very well be Everton boss Roberto Martinez’s last. This game has always been a goal fest and I firmly believe the fans at Anfield tonight will witness a thriller. Over 3.5 goals is 13/8 and if you are looking for a couple of outside punts I’d recommend a 2-2 draw @ 12/1 and 3-1 Liverpool @ 11/1.

Moving over to the continent now and to Spain where there are six La Liga ties tonight three of them including title chasers Barcalona, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid. Despite Barca’s poor form I don’t expect Deportivo to cause many problems, however the side I fear most for tonight is Real Madrid who entertain Europa League semi-finalists Villareal who I reckon could nab a draw from the Galacticos.

If you are feeling lucky – £10 on Barcalona (-1) handicap, Real Madrid (both score and Real win), Atletico Madrid and Sevilla wins will pay £147.90.

Onto Serie A where the tie that catches the eye is Juventus at home to Lazio. I don’t think the Old Lady will have it as easy as other games but I still expect them to prevail @ 2/5. I also like the look of Roma at home to Torino and Fiorentina away to strugglers Udinese. These three in a £10 treble will pay £49.30. More modest than the Spanish fourfold but less risk included.

My final tip for the evening is a rather obvious one which is Borussia Dortmund to defeat surprising Champions League prospects Hertha Berlin in the German Cup Semi Final tonight. 8/15 is too short in my opinion for a Dortmund win so look at Dortmund (-1) handicap @ 7/4 and both teams to score and Dortmund to win @12/5.

I will leave you all with this note: If all of West Ham, Barcelona, Sevilla, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Roma, Fiorentina and Borussia Dortmund win to tonight a £5 acca pays £311.90!

No handicap, no nothing, just straight up wins. Gives you food for thought. Check it all out at https://betfect.com/betting/football/odds
